Following Sri Lankan originated documents translation could be obtained from the Embassy

1. Affidavit for marriages (Application for Unmarried) - (Download)
2. Sri Lanka Police Reports
3. Sri Lanka Birth Certificate
4. Sri Lanka Marriage Certificate
5. Sri Lanka Educational Certificates ( O/L, A/L)

All documents should be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sri Lanka Required documents

2. Letter of Request (Download)
3. Passport with visa
